NatWest Island Games – Bermuda 2013

Chairman Jon Beard hailed last month’s Island Games in Bermuda a huge success.  We were delighted to provide the website for them – transatlantic emails flying back and forth on a regular basis!  Well done everyone involved.

Guide Dog puppy Greg came back to stay!

We looked after Guide Dog puppy Greg again for two weeks while his regular puppywalkers were away on holiday.  He’s a big lad now but we enjoyed his company particularly on walks around the fields.  Like all Guide Dog puppies, he was lovely though a bit of a thief at times – shoes, fruit from the fruitbowl and towels being his favourite targets!  He’s back home now and the office seems very quiet without him.

A busy summer developing new websites

Cycling in Belgium

This year’s works outing saw the usual trip to Le Mans ousted in favour of cycling in Belgium!  New bikes and gear were packed into the trusty Volvo along with the camping stuff and the boys from Flashback were off on the ferry to a campsite near Ypres.  Derek had been to the area before to look at all the World War I battlefields and history so he already knew some good cafes, restaurants and bars.

They had a great time and will certainly return.
