Hartwell HR Seminar | Social Media in the Workplace

Lucy and a colleague from Hartwell HR will be exploring recent employment case law relating to employees and their use and mis-use of social media in the workplace and the impact on business.  For example what if an employee blogs, posts or tweets something inappropriate or offensive?  What if customers see it?  What impact would this have on your business and how would handle it?

We’ll be covering cyber-bullying and harassment, damage to reputation, freedom of speech and invasion of privacy and how employment tribunals have considered these subjects.
